I am a business-focussed strategy leader and CPO, with twenty-three years  commercial experience in telecommunications, IoT, fintech, AI and audio. I have held senior leadership positions in global corporations, scale-ups and start-ups in Europe and the UK.

As a product leader I have managed single product lines and global portfolios, applying the same standards of care to each scenario. I have a strong technical background (I started as a developer), which really gives me an edge when working with CTOs on delivery.

I am a respected B2B strategist and have guided several companies through extensive growth and high value exits.  I typically engage following series A/B funding rounds and specialise in helping start-ups and scale-ups to identify market position, hone strategy and build scalable SaaS businesses. I also enjoy helping new companies identify their market position and prepare for success. I love to build world-class product teams and can advise in hiring and leadership of product managers, product owners, UI/UX (design) and documentation specialists.
