Gareth has over 30 years experience in the Software Product Development and Implementation arena across multiple industry sectors such as Retail Financial Services, Telcomms and eCommerce. 

Gareth has a strong commercial focus whilst being highly experienced in Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Cloud Operations and Support.

Having progressed through Project Management, Programme Management, Customer Operations, Product Development and Project Implementation, he has been using these skills hands on since 2021 as an independent executive advisor, coach, business development executive and interim manager.

In his career as a C Level executive, amongst his key achievements he would list:

• Part of executive team that rescued a failing software house, down-sized the organization and rebuilt to profitability making 2 complimentary acquisitions and then ultimately selling on.
• Growing a implementation team from circa 25 consultants and £9m revenues to 120 consultants and £30m revenues in 3 years with a 40%+ gross margin.
• Building a Cloud Ops team from scratch and taking an on-premise software product through a successful transition to fully cloud enabled, creating additional growth in the business.
• Part of the executive team that took a Fintech startup from series A to B funding with 250% per year growth and raising $60m additional funds.

As an independant advisory consultant, Gareth has recently engaged on:

• Business development for a niche consulting practice securing over £1m additional business in the first 6 months.
• Supporting an offshore provider launch into Europe and securing the largest new client for them. (£2m+ revenue in year 1).
