Gary has 30+ years of proven experience in progressive financial leadership roles as a CFO, VP of Finance, Division Controller at both Fortune 500 publicly traded companies and mid-size closely held organizations. 

He has experience in a working in variety of industries including Manufacturing, Telecom, Construction, Recruiting and Payroll, and Real Estate Development.

During his career, Gary has organized and led multiple efforts in Mergers and Acquisitions (pro-forma creation and investor relations), Treasury, Real Estate Development, Construction Finance and Project Accounting, Balance Sheet Turnarounds, Manufacturing Controllership, Tax, and IT Strategy implementations. 

He has always been focused on profit enhancement, efficiency, saving the companies he has worked for millions of dollars.

Gary is a CPA licensed in the US since 1992 and holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh and BS from the University of Illinois.
