I coach and advise business leaders at senior levels across multiple industries. With a long career in senior finance roles, I have a particularly acute understanding of the multiple stakeholders and competing priorities that business leaders face when driving meaningful change.

I have been coaching since 2017 both as an internal coach alongside my CFO role, and subsequently as an independent coach, with qualifications from Meyler Campbell and Henley Business School. I coach both individuals and teams, and have worked with leadership groups in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

I was CFO at Warner Bros UK, leading teams of up to 50 staff and a key member of the UK executive leadership. Previously at Sony Pictures, Diageo, Unilever, Kimberly Clark and Constellation brands in a variety of roles, I have worked closely with sales, marketing, IT, HR, legal and creative functions, and have a reputation for building strong and sustainable teams.

I lived and worked in the Netherlands for four years, and have travelled extensively across Europe, USA and Asia.
